Overview
We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The Graphic Designer should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a “can-do” attitude and the ability to thrive within a multi-disciplinary team under extremely tight deadlines. The ideal candidate must be an original thinker and team player capable of conceiving creative concepts and translating them into a visual format. Impeccable attention to detail is essential, combined with a strong working knowledge and usability of design-related applications including Adobe Creative Suite. The Graphic Designer should thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and enthusiastically contribute his or her talents to a dynamic and talented team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate, design, and produce visual solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives
- Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables
- Build and maintain a strong team rapport with creative team personnel, clients, and project managers

- Keen ability to work independently and prioritize workload under tight deadlines
- Solutions oriented thinker with strong decision making skills
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Efficient time management without compromising creativity
Requirements
- Strong design portfolio (preferably with the following: illustration in both electronic and traditional media)
- Ability to articulate creative ideas
- Flexible and capable of juggling many projects, while meeting demanding deadlines with acute attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Capable of diverse design styles
- Must be familiar with preparing files for prepress output
- Open and receptive to constructive criticism and critique
Education/Experience
- Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years professional work experience, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study from a four-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
