McDonald Group Realtors has a new Web site! This easy to navigate site offers homebuyers and homeowners a wealth of information from buying or selling a home and current market reports to featured builders and their most recent new home listings.

McDonaldGroupRealtors.com was designed and developed to solely focus on the “Who Is” aspect McDonald Group Realtors. The site showcases properties, team member bios and homeowner and homebuyer resources. The new Web site showcases a depth of content and brands McDonald Group Realtors as a true resource to Portland real estate.

The McDonald Group’s original blog site (www.yourroadmaptohome.com) was kept in tact to be used as a source for neighborhood information and real estate tips that are exclusively presented by McDonald Group Realtors.

Anne has many years of experience, from working at A&E Television in Connecticut to Production Management at several entertainment companies in Los Angeles. Art4orm is thrilled to have been the Portland Home Builders Association’s agency of choice for the 2011 Ultimate Open House™ presented by NW Natural! Held May 13-15 and 20-22, with over 40 homes featured and 25 builders participating, the Ultimate Open House is Oregon’s largest new home show. Art4orm spearheaded the design, marketing and advertising for this event, which included television commercials, radio spots, public relations, signage and more.

Art4orm will be spearheading the design, marketing and advertising for this event, which includes a comprehensive digital platform, television commercials, radio spots, public relations, signage and more. From developing interactive website features to creating flyers and project signs, Art4orm is in the midst of an exciting marketing campaign for TA Liesy Homes Northwest.

Not only did Art4orm re-organize TA Liesy Homes’ website content for better search engine visibility, but we launched a new feature – The Interactive Builder. This application instantly provides an estimated cost to build a home after a visitor selects a floor plan and a community to build in. This feature will be a key tool in the lead generation for new home sales.

Additionally, Art4orm has laid out a social strategy which will allow customers to share photos of their home project (in progress) with friends and family on Facebook/Twitter. All news updates will also be published from the site to TA Liesy Homes Northwest’s Facebook page. As part of the overall marketing campaign, we’re also establishing consistent flyer and signage collateral to be used by the builder.

Art4orm has just launched a brand new website for Charlotte’s Weddings & More with interactive features that are sure to be a hit for upcoming brides to be. We’ve expanded the on-line Bridal Collections and launched a new section featuring Mother of the Bride dresses. The Bridal Favorites feature allows users to save their favorite dresses and send the choices directly to a bridal consultant so they can then try on the gowns.

We’ve also fully integrated a blog to highlight all of the great tips provided by Charlotte’s staff. The entire site has been developed through WordPress, which allows for easy content updates and a search-optimized output that provides better on-line visibility.
