How We Handle a Project…
First we do our homework. We gather as much information as possible about the goals and objectives for the project and the audience(s) it will serve. This includes a “Meeting of the Minds” to get acquainted with the team of decision makers and collaborators, clarify needs, and gather input and direction.
The Art4orm team conducts an internal kickoff meeting to discuss the scope and goals of the project. We brainstorm. We challenge each other. We consume sugary snacks. This brainstorming bonanza results in exceptional strategy and concepts to be presented to the client for consideration and input.
Once we’ve agreed upon a strategy and creative direction, we’re off and running!
An Account Manager is assigned to the project and will guide you every step of the way, ensuring that the process is smooth, on schedule and that all project goals are achieved and deadlines are met. The Account Manager works closely with the creative team to execute the mutually agreed upon plan and bring the project to life, all the while communicating progress with the client.
